Education Development Consult (EDC) has been entrusted by VSO Rwanda to spearhead the monitoring, evaluation, and learning efforts for the Twigire Mumikino Rwanda (TMR) project.

Over the past year, EDC has been hard at work, and we're proud to share that we’ve successfully completed the baseline evaluation of the TMR project in January 2024, spanning all 30 districts of Rwanda.

  • Collaborating with 372 school leaders
  • Facilitating 15 Focus Group Discussions. But that's not all! As part of EDC’s commitment to excellence, EDC’s experts in research utilized the International Development and Early Learning Assessment (IDELA) to measure the learning outcomes of the learners, ensuring a holistic understanding of their progress.
